The central question throughout our evaluation process is:
"Does the market data support this technical structure, and with what probability?"

Emre Işlek
Founder & Analyst
Emre İşlek graduated from Marmara University, Department of Economics. He started his career in 2006 in the finance department of a casino in Cyprus, and has held senior management positions in finance, risk management, and marketing. Since 2017, he has professionally turned to capital markets, and as of 2020, he has started providing tokenization, token economy, analysis, consulting, and research services under his own companies. Today, he organizes television broadcasts, trainings, and seminars on markets, investment psychology, macroeconomics, economic history, and crypto assets. As the founder of TraderLex, Emre İşlek aimed to develop a systematic approach that provides clarity in the chaotic nature of markets, free from emotions.
Erce Arslan
Chief Analyst - Prime Trader
Erce Arslan graduated from Istanbul Technical University, Department of Geological Engineering. Through his interest in statistics and mathematics, he started playing professional poker in 2010 and earned many trophies. He got into stock market as a trader in 2017. Since 2019, he focused his studies on Elliott Wave Analysis and Algorithmic Trading professionally, obtained international licenses and gave training courses. He has been working as chief analyst since 2021. Erce Arslan is also one of the most well-known musicians of the country, which he pursues as a hobby. In Erce Arslan's approach, technical analysis is both a result and a way of thinking. TraderLex reflects this perspective.
Kim Min-jae
Prime Trader
Kim Min-jae, graduated from the Department of Economics at Seoul National University in 2015. He began his career as a data analyst, focusing on macroeconomics, financial markets, and digital assets. He later worked in market research and risk analysis roles within the fintech sector. His areas of expertise include Asian markets and the blockchain ecosystem. He has been a Prime Trader certified since 2025.
Ahmet Mergen
Strategic Advisor
Ahmet Mergen is an investment professional, technical analysis expert, and author with more than 40 years of international capital markets experience. He completed his MBA at West Coast University and his second master's degree at California State University, Long Beach. Between 1979 and 2014, he held senior executive roles in equity and options markets in the United States, primarily at the New York Stock Exchange and in many other regions. One of the pioneering names in technical analysis globally, Ahmet Mergen is the author of many books regarded as references in the investment world, including Grafiklerle Borsa, Fibonacci, Mumların Gizemi, and Ichimoku Bulutu. He holds Portfolio Management, Broker, and VOB licenses.

Ruslan Petrov graduated from Kazan University, Department of Applied Mathematics and Informatics in 2017. He gained 3 years of working experience as a data analyst in Russia. Later, he worked as portfolio management specialist and derivatives analyst in important financial companies of Cyprus.
Osman Burak Ulbegi
Analyst
He holds bachelor's and master's degrees in Chemistry. His interest in analytical thinking and curiosity about market dynamics led him toward the financial markets. After conducting intensive studies on market structures, price behavior, and fractal analysis for approximately seven years, Ülbegi specialized in Elliott Wave Theory. He currently serves as an Elliott Wave Analyst at TraderLex, analyzing market cycles, trend structures, and potential price scenarios to offer investors a strategic perspective.
Batuhan Gökcel
Analyst
Batuhan Gökçel has studied Economics and Business at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Italy and Economics at Istanbul Bilgi University. Since 2018, he has specialized in three different methods of technical analysis and has obtained international certifications. He currently works in the fields of forecasting and fund management.
Barış Şahin

Barış Şahin, After Kocaeli Science High School, he graduated from Bahçeşehir University, Department of Economics and Finance with honors. He has been actively working as a Foreign Markets Director in the forex industry since 2018.
Koray Sükut
Research Specialist
Koray Şüküt graduated from Abant İzzet Baysal University, Department of Economics. He entered the area of finance as an accountant in 2010. He has specialized in capital markets since 2019. He has CMB level 3 License.
